Ode to a Muse

I used to think that the sea is an enormous monster waiting to engulf me.

But as I study your photograph:
the cascading waves of your hair,
your sunkissed skin,
and your beauty so immense,
I realize that I want to stay adrift -
lost in the vast ocean of your eyes.

We encourage everyone to submit pictures of their most treasured possessions, with the story behind it attached separately. Pictures may be edited and must have a resolution of 300dpi.

Do not place the text on the picture itself; our team of artists would gladly lay-out your picture and its story for you.

We do not accept submissions of offensive nature. Stock photos are definitely a no-no - to claim ownership of a picture that is not yours is unlawful.

Please send your file ONLY once, and kindly specify if you wish your name to be placed on the entry. Otherwise, it will be credited to an anonymous sender.
